Road trip day 2

On our second day of the trip we went further down the west coast, did a little sightseeing and checked out the beach.

In the evening we found a pretty cool motel right next to the sea on a small island. It was a hot day and as the sun was about to set I really fancied a beer to drink it in the beautiful garden of the motel. Because I didn't really had an idea where we were I asked to guy who owned the place where I could get some beer and he told me something about a small shop down the street. We headed down there and found some sort of a camping kiosk..

Kim got a bottle Corona and I thought a 4 pack 16oz. Bud cans is what I needed. The guy at the checkout asked if we would go to the concert while he put my beers in pot filled with ice. We then realized that this was not just a shop but more a "bring your own what you got in our shop" bar. Nobody in the crow seemed to be younger than 70 but they behaved like 20 year olds, but this is Florida right?!

I later found out that the event was called "bike nite" which explained everything..

 The band was pretty good and when they took a break they did a tombola and Kim even won some strange shower gel and a 5$ for more drinks!

As we were leaving I saw those two bikes in the parking lot. The '48 Indian belonged to a guy called "Squirrelz". I had a small chat with him about our bikes and the laws in Switzerland and he invited me to see his shop the other day..
